  • CD5 Lip -> DA9

    Hey everyone. I hit a chunk of ice on the freeway today and broke my lip. (had no choice - took it on the transmission side) I picked up a CD5 (Accord) lip and put it on. It fits rather badly, but I know that people use these lips on our cars and specifically the 92-93, which is what I have. Do I need a heat gun to reshape the corners? All I did was drill, bolt, zip-tie, and use a bit of force but like i said... Doesn't look right.

    Can anyone tell me what the process is to make this lip fit nicely? Thanks!

            @XeiaieX how did you get the lip to fit? im trying this on my DA and the accord lip seems too long even if I heat gunned it. People said they cut pieces out and plastic welded but others say it fits just the way it is.
