There are a couple places it could be coming from.. on the passenger side of the cylinder head, there is the VTEC Solenoid, and the distributor. Check those two parts for any leaks.

It could be coming from the head-gasket.. the metal gasket in the picture with the numbers printed on it.

i will check bro but no overheat or smoke whatsoever , i just checked again and there is a slight leak under the distributor so can that still be a head gasket leak?

check your distributor oring too, hopefully it'll be that simple; cross your fingers that it isn't a headgasket. The bright side is that your leaking from the inside to the outside, not vice versa if it is.

If its dripping down the distributor, 99% chance it's coming from the o-ring, as mentioned.

          Part# 30110-PA1-732, $2 from Honda/Acura.

Very easy to replace. Pull the three bolts that hold the distributor to the head.. pull the distributor out of the motor, pull the old ring off.. lube up the new ring with motor oil, slip it on, re-install the distributor.

Two things... Make sure to re-install the distributor the way it came out (it can rotate forward and backwards)

And second, oil will leak out of the head when you pull out the distributor.. either jack the passenger side of the car up to attempt to keep the oil in the motor, or just be prepared to swap the o-ring quickly and re-install.
